Frank has contributed his talents to many award-winning feature film and television productions. He has photographed a wide variety of projects that have been celebrated all the way from the Cannes Film Festival to the pages of American Cinematographer Magazine. 

His most recent work is currently being aired on Disney/Freeform. He shot two episodes of Season 5 of the award winning show Good Trouble. Additional recent television work include: A Murderville Holiday Special: Santa Got Stabbed for Netflix, starring Will Arnett, Jason Bateman Maya Rudolph and Pete Davidson and Reno 911: It’s A Wonderful Heist for Paramount +, starring Tom Lennon, Kerri Kenney Silver and the rest of the gang.

Other popular television favorites include episodes of The Mindy Project, Childrens Hospital, Burning Love, Mystery Science Theater 3K: The Return, Rob Riggle’s Ski Master Academy and many segments for Last Week Tonight With John Oliver.

Theatrically released films include Together Together , directed by Nikole Beckwith, starring Ed Helms and Patti Harrison; Dog Days directed by Ken Marino, starring Vanessa Hudgens, Nina Dobrev and Finn Wolfhard; A Bread Factory Parts I & II starring Tyne Daly and Janeane Garofalo and The Grief of Others starring Wendy Moniz and Rachel Dratch, both directed by revered independent filmmaker Patrick Wang. A Bread Factory Parts I & II was nominated for the John Cassevettes Award at the Independent Spirit Awards. The Grief of Others had it’s premiere at the Cannes Film Festival.

Frank also photographed Patrick’s first film In The Family starring Trevor St. John, Brian Murray and the director himself. In addition to the film being nominated for an Independent Spirit Award for Best First Feature, it was also featured in an American Society of Cinematographer’s podcast. He is also a visiting instructor teaching Advanced Cinematography at the Maine Media Workshop.

As a Los Angeles based, native New Yorker and first generation American of Latino parents, Frank always strives to offer his unique view of the world to explore any project in which he has the honor to collaborate.
